A Leopard Print Coat

It’s certainly most definitely turned coat weather this week. A testament to this very fact, is that I’m sitting in my local cafe, quickly trying to type this out and I still haven’t managed to take mine off.
Even if you are beautifully stylish for the next few months, the cold truth is, not many folk will see past your buttoned up piece of wool.
For this reason alone, it’s important to find a coat that you truly love.

The first and last thing that people will see when you enter a room is your coat, therefore it’s important to find something that makes you feel good when you put it on.

Let me introduce you to my own favourite coat of arms for the next while – this leopard coat from Karen Millen.

Why I love it

It’s dark leopard print makes me feel like I’m staying on the right side of that tiger trend this season and it’s soft muted tones go with almost everything in my closet.

I’ve teamed it with a pair of cropped brown trousers, and I’ve linked a couple of alternatives to this pair as they are old ones of mine from Zara.
My bag that some of you have been asking about on Instagram is from Trademark and is linked here.

Helmed by Tory Burch’s stepdaughters Pookie and Louisa, Trademark’s pieces are a little different and inspired by American minimalist art.
This suede bucket bag is finished with a unique chain-link handle made from tortoiseshell resin.

This very useful cashmere black polo neck is from a lovely company called Theo and George.
