Stripes The Chic Way With Me&Em

Never enough stripes with Me&Em.

Stripes never get boring. Every season there are new exciting ways of wearing these chic staples.
Me&Em are front runners when it comes to creating alluring pieces in fashion’s favourite print.

The side-stripe track pant

Their side-stripe luxe track pant was hugely popular last season. It was featured in places like The Telegraph, Vogue magazine and of course right here on The Stylist And The Wardrobe.

Both these pieces that I’m wearing here are easily and effortlessly incorporated into your everyday wardrobe.
This gorgeous true chic stripe jumper is a fun play on the traditional breton.

How To Style

It goes with anything from jeans to leather trousers, or pair the light knit with their new Grosgrain stripe man pant that I’m also wearing here.

It’s always fun to push your limits a little and pair the obvious with the surprising. Both these pieces compliment each other really well and give a fun but chic twist on the stripe trend this year.

These trousers are the answer to grown-up cool. Crafted from stretch tailoring, they are cut with a slightly flared leg and a subtle vent at the ankle which make your legs look longer.
A long, lean silhouette is something not easily found.

This year stripes are ripped from beach umbrellas, weathered lounge chairs, and conjure moods like preppy and sporty.
They never really go out of style and again this season they are everywhere in every beautiful form imaginable.
Many of the designers wore stripes on stripes for extra contrast and I personally love the combined chic preppy feel that it gives.
Stripes are definitely fashion’s favourite print.
Isn’t it a joy that at least one thing stands firm and returns year after year shrouded in new glory.

On Thursday, I’m planning on wearing this outfit for London Fashion Week.
Looking ahead, I’m planning to take these pieces out for lunch with friends, on the school run and out and about in London for meetings.
A truly successful wardrobe is one that provides armour for every moment of our busy lives.
