Gone Rogue In The French Countryside

Two of my favourite things in life are fresh warm croissants and dreamy Farrow & Ball drenched shutters. I’ve come to the right place.
Finding a work-life balance for the past few days in Lourmarin, a little French village in the heart of the lavender and poppy fields of Provence has been a joy.
We hired a house near the pretty animated village which is a magnet for other like minded tourists and when the working day is done, I’m indulging in too much delicious cheese and pink wine.

The sunny climate has meant that I’m constantly shoulder flashing and ankle wrapping. This easy to wear number from Zara and these wrap around biscuit suede sandals from The White Company have become firm favourites.
Also, if you are thinking of investing in a summer hat this year, this Berent number from my favourite hat maker Janessa Leone is definitely worth considering. It comes on every vacation with me now, and is a big star on my Instagram feed.
