Breezy Dresses And Statement Sunglasses

Ever since the word summer was uttered, I began plotting my army of dresses. The high-street is awash with great easy breezy numbers that won’t break the bank.
I’ve dedicated this post to picking out my favourites that are so easy to wear during this warm weather.

This particular dress I’m wearing is from Topshop, sold-out online but still available in-store.

If you follow me on Instagram, you might have noticed that I have been living in these little ropey numbers from Ancient Greek Sandals.
You’re probably thinking to herself – ‘jees does she own any other summer shoes ? ‘
But if I like something a lot, I tend to wear them over and over again until they finally fall apart at the soles.
In fact I’m now on my second pair, after I wore the first ones to death.

Summer dresses are not complete without a kick-ass pair of sunglasses. On my recent holiday to Italy, I innocently wandered into a sunglasses shop with our little family and spotted these Chloe Carlina round frame sunglasses.
There was no hope after that, once perched on my nose, I was head over heels.
I’m a big sucker for Chloe in general, and if money was no object I’d be living in their store.
But back to the real world, buying sunglasses from your favourite designer is a clever way of adding an extra dollop of expensive glamour to your high-street dresses.
The right sunnies immediately take things up an extra notch, and these cheeky retro ones in my humble opinion have attitude and style in spades.
