A Star Bomber Jacket And A Pink Vespa

A Star Bomber Jacket

The thing about being a clothes lover is that you are constantly surprised by your own reactions.
One day I was scrolling through Instagram on a dreary rainy afternoon and I spotted this star bomber jacket from Hush, and I was instantly well, star struck.

Metallic Stars on a black bomber jacket – what a terrific idea, I thought. And imagine how well it will go with denims. Then I started imaging all the places I could bring it, followed by a mental check through my wardrobe.
I decided this starry little piece will be right at home with lots of other things I own.

If you’re not feeling like you’re having a star of a day, the bomber jacket is reversible, and you can turn it inside out to reveal your darker side.
The soft lustre of the star bomber jacket will add a touch of glam to an everyday outfit.
Embroidered with gold stars on one side, and finished with metallic stripe hems on the reverse, it’s a terrific early Spring treat to yourself.
I’ve been layering mine under a coat because it’s still not Spring like enough to wear it on its own quite yet.

How To Style It

I’ve teamed the star bomber jacket with some dark wash bootcut cropped denims. These ones from Frame are a great option and even better are in the sale.
I love this Paris tote from Danish Instagram star and designer Anine Bing. It’s unique shape is chic and you can carry loads around without feeling weighed down.

And of course there’s the Pink Vespa you see here. We borrowed this as a prop when we saw it parked in Chelsea.
It was so cute we couldn’t resist and also a perfect accessory for a sunny Wintery Spring afternoon and a star bomber jacket.
